I been researching for about 1.5 years.
I think its time for me to do a first cycle.
I will be doing this october-december.
The only things im worried about is prostate enlargement, water retention, gyno.
Weeks 1-10
test E - 350 mg/wk
I was thinking of running .5 armidex througout the cycle to prevent gyno, water retention. I dont know where to buy Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) so will the armidex help against atrophy of the testes and help with the prostate?
than continue it 2 weeks after last injection along with clomid therapy.
week 1-300 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100mg 100mg 100mg
week2- 100mg 100mg 100mg 50mg 50mg 50mg 50mg
week 3 50mg 50mg 50mg 50mg 50mg 50mg 50mg
I have had a healthy diet since my late teens. i never like 'junk food'
age - 22
weight - 188
Bench 235 (1 rep)
Dead lift - 250 (6-8 reps)
Squat - 225 (6- reps)
I have whey protein (lots of it)
Heres my Meal plan..
Breakfast
One Cup of Oatmeal
Four Egg Whites
4oz. Steak (slice steak and cook with eggs)
1 piece of fruit (apple)
Mid Morning Snack
1 Scoop Protein
2oz. Almonds
4oz. Dried Fruit
Lunch
2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
6oz. Chicken
1/2 of an avocado
(make it into sandwich)
Afternoon Snack
2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
1 Tabsp. Peanut Butter
Pre-Workout
1 Piece of Fruit (apple)
Post-Workout
2 Scoop Protein
80g Dextrose / Table sugar
Dinner
6 oz. Salmon
Medium Size Yam (8oz.)
Vegetable (broccoli, spinach, etc.)
Late night snack
1 Scoop Protein
What you guys think?
I also can get liver protection if its needed?
Will armidex help with my worries?
Or what about Proviron?
