Ight I'm 20 years old 5'9'', 120lbs. Currently a pilot so I'm in very good health. I have my own personal trainer, nutritionist and aeromedical examiner. I consume about 3200 calories a day and about on average 200 grams of protein. I know what your thinking. If your eating this much how the hell are you still 120lbs. Answer: I don't even know... I have gone through many tests with nutritionist around the world and the only answer they keep telling me is my metabolism. I am hungry 24/7 and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and start eating cottage cheese just because I'm that hungry. I work out 6 times a week with my trainer on building mass. High weight low reps. 5 days of weights, 1 day of cardio [I usually keep my heart rate around 150] <--- (not like that matters to anyone), due to my family history of various cardio diseases. I've been working out and eating like this since I was 15. I got hired by a job at the age of 15, which I cannot speak of on this thread, and the only catch was that I needed to gain 5 pounds by my 16th birthday, being that I only weighed 100 at age 15 and they did not feel that I was physically "ok" to do the job at hand. I'm very lean. Hardly any fat. My strength hasn't really gone up much at all, but my endurance is through the roof. I drink weight gainers, and I used to use Bullnox and all that bullshit, but I really didn't like the way it made my skin feel or as a matter fact any "NO" made me feel. I even tried creatine but that did not a damn thing.. REMEMBER I HAVE BEEN EATING THE RIGHT THINGS AND DOING THE RIGHT THINGS AT THE GYM FOR 5 YEARS!

Now onto why I came on this forum,
I have been cleared by my nutritionist, my trainer and my personal aeromedical examiner, for the start of an AAS cycle. THEY WANT NO PART IN THIS however they feel that my blood work, growth, and overall body, health and mind is at the right time to start an AAS cycle. They have confirmed with their colleagues in relation to my blood work, and current results, etc.... that they feel if I really want to get "JACKED", "BUFF", "RIPPED", whatever you want to call it is the start of an AAS cycle. So basically I'm currently at the mercy of some of you to guide me in the RIGHT path. I have done some research as to what to take, how to do it, etc...... But given this information. PLEASE HELP ME ON EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, WHAT TO GET, AND WHAT DOSAGE! Thank you to whoever responds back. I appreciate all the help you guys give me.

Could you post your diet and training program please (this part is for those who will answer your question)?

Now moving on to me. Given everything you said one would conclude you're a well educate and very capable person. Which would make me then think given all that, why is he then turning around and asking such a basic question which is covered not only in the stickies but also if he would type in "first cycle" and hit search he would find thousands of threads.

So that being said. I don't believe you. Your post seems like fancy way to get around the "i'm new and want answers without searching."

I could be wrong, but it wouldn't be my first time so....meh

Stop eating that food they serve you on that plane you fly. There is prolly no nutritional value in any of it.

You are eating too clean. Dirty it up alittle untill you start gaining..don't go overboard though, you have to learn YOUR body...

Yea I'm calling bullshit... Aerospace examiner cleared u for aas? Don't sound right to me. Double your calories. Smash 6-8 pb&j's a day. Icecream, Bacon, all the good stuff. Stay away from the juice...

Could you please calculate your TDEE?
3200 calories?
It could vary. I'm 170lbs. and my TDEE is already 3000 on a workout day.

and do you have any records or logs of your workouts? Is your strength increasing? and how often do you weigh yourself.

im not typically one to accuse people of lying...but, there is no way any licensed/certified trainer or nutritionist told you its ok to use steroids. there is also no way they confirmed anything with colleagues and then told you at your age, steroids would be a good choice. medical examiner did not tell you its ok either. you start out asking for advice by insulting everyones intelligence here.

when one wants advice, typically the starting point is being honest. i bet you do train 6 days a week but without a trainer. you probably lift 3hrs at a time in the gym doing the same bodyparts multiple times per week. you probably think that steroids are magic and will give you exactly what you need.

you want to start over but tell the truth this time?

5'9" 120 lbs 3200 cals a day!!! bull fucking shit period. Eat more eat pizza eat burgers eat steak and potatoes.

even with steroids without eating more you will not gain. I used to work flat work concrete as a laborer and on a work day id consume roughly 7000 calories a day. This was in high school without aas and over the summer I'd still get cut up with that many calories.

So like above EAT, then when you think you cant eat anymore, EAT, then you know what after that EAT, EAT, EAT. Spend your free time just eating and cooking for atleast a month, and i mean eating anything you feel a craving for, keep the protein high, and i guarantee you will start gaining weight.

If you really are unsure about how to eat, what to eat, etc. hit up 3j. Hes a sponsor here and knows his shit. Hell take care of all the meal plans and everything all youll have to do is follow it.

1) take your 3200 kcal in 4 or 5 meals... even 6 is better, end increase the kcal till 4200 slowly. sleep more... sleeeeep more...
stretch, work, eat and sleep... ther's nothing you could do better now.

As everyone else said, increase your calories. You probably have a very active life style and require a lot of calories. Slowly increase them until you start seeing the scale move at a nice rate. Get your diet in check before you start aas because you will gain little to nothing from them if you aren't eating enough to build muscle.
