I am new to the fourm..

I have a few questions that I need some help with!! First my stats are 25/5'6/190

I am looking to start Clen but I have heard their are some nasty sides... I am wondering if any ladies out there know of any products that can produce some good gains ( in this case losses) minus the nasty sides. Like i said I am new to this.. I have tried it the natural way to lose weight for sometime and am frustrated!!!
I do cardo 5-6 times per week for an hour (jogging/elipical/spinning) I am natually a thick girl.. and have a personal trainer who is puzzled as to why I am not losing more weight. He does not want me weight training as of yet.. because I tend to bluk up very quickly.
Hence why I am considering taking Clen. Yes my deit is good.. consists of lost of protein (fish,eggs...etc) I am taking a supplment called Veggies plus, drink lots of green tea, and do drink protein shakes...

I am getting really frustrated and dont know what to do so I joined the fourm and I hope someone can help me!! thx

No need nothing more IMHO. Kane

No i don't think cause you have results that mush to continue like you done till now.

Anyway you scared about Clen sides.

BTW, you're ealthy, so which sides of clen sounds that bad for you?

ciao ciao

post your daily diet with times and training ect

clen is by far a miracle worker, so its best to find the problem rather than trying to throw drugs at it

thanks for the advice... i do a hour of speed walking & jogging... 4-5x's per week. I also do one spinning class per week (45mins) My trainer does not want me to do weights as of yet.. he wants me to drop 10-15lbs before i start light weights.

A normal day of my diet

protein shake first thing, my workouts are usually at 12 to 130 so right after ill eat salmon or tuna on a salad with as many veggies as i can get in it. I tend to crave suagr at about 4pm so i eat fruit.. dinner is at 6pm and i try to have a fist size of protein (chicken/fish/ or beef) a carb (rice...) and usually another salad. I usually crave sugar again at 9pm but ive been good and ignored the urge to eat. I also usually drink 6-7 bottles of water per day.

so any advice would help... i know i have a slow metabolism... i am getting frustrated!

Frustrated... Come on... Nothing bad there.

How do you know your metabol is slow?
If it's the only thing that woried you. I would say ECA is largely better for you than clen...

Oh it is.

What time do you get up and go to bed?

Also, why is your trainer keeping you from weights? Resistance training is the best way to raise your metabolism for extended periods. I might think about looking for a new trainer.

for fat loss your goal should be to deplete glycogen reserves so that your body will instead use fat for fuel instead of the last thing you ate

if possible try moving your cardio to first thing in the am on an empty stomach, which is when your glycogen stores will be closest to empty, or fueled high intensity cardio in the pm to exhaust glycogen stores

make sure you are creating a calorie deficit in your diet as well

thanks guys for all the advice! I took your advice ferrari and went first thing in the AM (8am)... i will try and go first thing every time i goto the gym. As for the other question I am usually up at 7am goto be around 1030-1130pm. My trainer said for now (6 weeks) he wants me to focus on my cardo... drop as much as I can.. So i alternate my cardo everyday... today I did jogging/speed walking on a incline for 75mins. Yesterday was elpical for 60mins ... tomorrow I will spin ( i HATE it but i do it..lol) So Kane you said ECA ...ill have to research it and find out what it is... like i said i am new to this.. so pls dont laugh! I just want results... and i am working my ass off with no results.. which is discouraging to say the least!

thats good. morning cardio can be a pain at first but its worth it

eat properly afterward (usually a protein shake in water, followed 30 minutes or so later by a protein and complex carbs, no fats meal)

btw 45-60 minutes steady state cardio in the am is fine, its best not to over do it on an empty stomach as you might burn muscle as well

eca is an ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin weight loss stack

good luck

Okay so you were getting up at 7, having a protein shake, working out around noon and then eating afterwards. Thats not enough food, especially if you consider you stop eating at 6pm. You are going 18 hours on one small liquid meal. Its no wonder your body is fighting you, youre starving it. Metabolism is like a fire, the more you feed it or stoke it, the higher it goes. This being said, the last thing you should be doing is am cardio on an empty stomach. This is just gonna push you further into starvation mode. You should be eating a decent breakfast within 30 minutes of getting up and then eating again every 2.5 3 hours for the rest of the day till you go to bed. Carbs should be taken in at breakfast and before and after workouts. All other meals should be protein and essential fats.

You can give the empty stomach cardio a shot and see if it works but if it doesnt, and i suspect it wont in your case, you now know what to do next.

thanks so much for in input... im going to give the morning cardo a try for a bit.. and up my food intake by a little! :)

I agree with estry... your body is in starvation mode.. you need to increase the amount of food if you want to see results. Keep at it though and things will improve, see how the AM cardo works out on a empty stomach but you are shiockin ur system into starving itself.

shes really not going into starvation mode as shes eating at least twice a day

the body doesn't just go in and out of starvation mode either

btw bella, lots of women limit their carbs everyday as they think its best but this can do more harm than good

instead eat your carbs during the most active parts of your day, and more importantly after cardio

its also a good idea to have some high carb days and some low carb days to keep your body guessing

just some tips

When you only eat once in 18 hours and its only a protein shake and then on top of that you exercise too, youre almost guaranteed failure at weight loss.

waooooah! i NEVER said i eat only once a day...thanks for all the tips.. i have taken the adivce and we will see what happends! thanks again ill keep you all posted

You said your last meal is at 6pm and then you get up at 7am have a protein shake and then dont eat again till around 1pm after you workout. Thats 19 hours with only a protein shake. Youre doing the majority of your eating(and its not very much) in a 5 hour window. Thats bad

Did i miss something else?
