these are all great tips and you should listen to both estray and ferrari and find what is best with you. i do agree with estray in saying that you are simply not eating enough and that your carbs should be when you wakeup and before and after training. cardio in the morning is very effective. you should be weight training as well. most likely your trainer is telling you not to weight train because it is much easier for him to just sit back while you do cardio than for him to write out programs and walk you through them. secondly, you must be patient when you try to alter your physique. with all due respect, six weeks is merely a drop in the bucket. professional competitors take 12-16 weeks to get lean for shows and they're doing alot more work than you are currently. you should not do clen, just give it more time and keep experimenting and get a different trainer and listen to the guys on here. you'll be fine, good luck!
