So I've been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 3 months now. 200mg/W broken into two shots a week. 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2xW. I have been cruising along feeling like a million bucks. Put on 15lbs of lean muscle/water and have had tons of energy. It's been everything I had hoped for.
I have been getting away with not using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I have not (for the first to months) had any symptoms of T=>E2 conversion. I had some gyno in college from a cycle so I know what to look for.
Once in a while I will pop an Anastrozole if I start to feel sluggish. However, I think my sluggishness has been due to over-training legs. I'm always useless for a couple of days afterward.
I gave blood last week to thin out my oil. I was feeling really sluggish too. I took .5mg of adex the next day. The next day I felt great. Then I crashed. I took another adex last Thursday and again last Friday. I can't get out of bed today. Here's my question: Am I suffering from low E2? Did I never need the adex in the first place? Or am I suffering from high E2 and I haven't been taking enough?
How long will it take my E levels to come back if they are too low?
