Help Me Add Foods to My Cutting Diet:

Here's a list of foods I'm trying to stick to while I cut some weight. Right now I'm 29 y/o 5'11 205lbs about 16%bf. Plan is to get down to 12% bf before doing a test only cycle. Here's a list I whipped up really quickly. Looking for ideas to keep things from getting boring:

Breakfast

Oatmeal
Berries
Banana
Apple
Yogurt
Whey Protein
Lean Steak
Turkey
Eggs and Egg Whites
Salsa
Hotsauce

Lunch

Chicken Breast
Turkey
Tuna
Other Lean Fish Fillet
Spinach
Brocolli
Peppers
Chick Peas or Hummus
Yams or Sweet Potato
Other Low GI Veggies

Dinner

Chicken
Turkey
Lean Beef/Steak
Fish
Brown Rice
Yams or Sweet Potato
Brocolli
Brussel Sprouts
Green Beans
Carrots
Salads (Greens, Tomato, Cucumbers, Almonds, Radish, Peppers, 1 Tbsp Vinegrette)

Snacks

Almonds
Low Carb Protein Bars
Protein Shakes (Frozen berries, yogurt, bananas, aloe vera, flax seed oil, greens+)
Tuna
Boiled Eggs
Berries
Low GI Fruit
 
I'm not a huge fan of cottage cheese. Trying to keep the dairy to an absolute minimum too.
 
Yeah plan is

dinner
snack

Those are really just choices/ingredients. I'm pretty unoriginal though hoping someone has a different perspective and can give me different food choices that are condusive to cutting weight.
 
I eat sushi, shrimp, fish, egg whites, tons of chicken and a few steaks.

Love sushi man. I always wonder how many calories are in the sticky rice though. I can eat a lot of sushi and I feel like I never know exactly how much protein, carbs and fat I'm actually getting out of it.
 
Thanks man. Gonna have the gf go over the list tonight and see if she can think of anything I missed.
