Wake up 2 whole eggs 5 egg whites, cup of oatmeal drink some milk. I'm sure you have lunch break at your school bring in some chicken breast,drink milk,switch it up bring in tuna,or egg salads. After school eat a turkey sandwich I'm sure if it doesnt matter what kind of bread, or what kind of dressing your using considering you want to bulk. Go to gym, come home eat some fruit, yogurt to raise your insulin levels or if you want a post workout shake go for it (i dont drink protein shakes). Make yourself a good dinner with some Meat for instance steak (you dont have to buy top of the line filet mignon) or any other type of red meat, eat a couple red potatoes, and some green veggies, and drink milk! preferably whole milk since you want to bulk. Eat some cottage cheese and drink milk before you go to sleep and you should be good. During the day in school snack out on some peanuts, and if your prefer protein bars. This is just a sample of my diet while in school, I'm sure many people have different ways to go about their bulking diet but this helped me out and i added some poundage.
