help me to choose please

Hello all,
I would like to buy a complete filter unit 1000ml.
I need one to make bigger amount of gear.
I always have and use .22 syringue Whatman but I would like to change.
I don't understand how use the pump.
I have always find some posts here but my english is not so good!

So I think to this one.

I think I need a manual pump too and so glass container?



I think I need that the container must be in glass and no plastic.

Is it a good choice?

Nalgene and millapore are good and yes glass media bottle not plastic.
