Im on week 2 of a test 400(400mg/week) eq(400mg/week) anavar (40mg/day) cycle and Ive had a sciatic nerve problem since a week or two before my cycle. I have been noticing a lot of strength so far, but my back is killing me after squats deads and cleans. note: i powerlift. i need to know what will help me because i dont wanna waste any anavar, should i stop anavar and continue with test and eq and cut out all cleans squats and deads, maybe some light sets only for a couple weeks? what has worked for you guys in the past? this is an important cycle and I do not want to stop it right now.
 
if you cant continually increase your lifts while "on" your cycle is worthless
especailly for a powerlifter becauseit dont matter how big the arms are
 
power lifters dont do cleans. =0l

what feds you compete in?

and in week 2 of eq and long ester test it aint kicked in yet. not even close.

the var has but 40mg/d for a man is low.

why would you start a cycle while injured. esp with a nerve injury?

stop what you doing, get your self straightened out then lift without the juice for a while till you know you healthy.

if you cant squat and pull what's the use of a cycle. :D
 
Well this is football powerlifting, but I don't compete. Maybe after football I might look into competing but my lifts arent that great, probaboly not enough to win a competition. My maxes were: 305x2 bench, 315x2 towel bench, 475x3 box squat, 475x3 squat, 505 est dead, 265 est clean. I weigh around 250, not too lean but not fat. But whatever, what would you think is a good var dose for a cycle pb?

Ill see how it feels by next week. If its still no good then Ill stop the cycle.
 
you asking me what i would dose var at? lolololol 100mg/d for starters. there are far better drugs out there for strength than Anavar (var), and a lot cheaper. im not the best guy to talk to about Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) dosing. =0l

take cre of your self jynx. a sci nerve is nothing to play with. get it straightened out first. you got the rest of your life to lift and juice. 1st things 1st is all im saying.

and btw #s dont make a lifter, heart does. your numbers are fine for a young lifter. do a meet when you get a chance. you wont regret it. :D

I do mix in cardio on off days from lifting, so I chose anavar for strength and to lean out a little. What other strength building drug would you take?
 
Obviously food. My diet is pretty clean Id say. An occasional cookie or two doesnt bother me because I dont care for a little extra fat. And with all this actvity, cardio and lifting alternating days only Sundays off, Id like to see that extra cookie try and store as fat.
 
var is mainly used to lean out, not much on strength gains. for orals dbol is much better or just oral Winstrol (winny). but the test/eq stack gonna give nice gains. just takes a while but thats no biggy. unless you competing there is no need to stack 3 or 4 hormones together. test works wonders by itself.
