I'm 6'1'' 240-250 lbs, i've been lifting weights on average about 2 times a week for the past 2 months. Nothing to long, just making an appearance because some of my friends lift weights also.

I'm looking for:
diet plan(in simple terms)
Weight lifting plans
Also what type of drugs should I use(such as creatine, etc...)
 
Well I am not sure you should start on any "drugs" untill you get to the result you are trying to achieve.

What are your goals? LIfting to get big? Trim down? That will determine diet and exercise.

If you want to trim down you should cut out all sugar and up the protien. Also watch your carb intake. Nothing white..

If you go the other route you will need to tweak your diet. So answer the first question and your path can continue...

How many cals are you eating now per day and do you want to lose weight or gain or stay the same?

How many days a week can you spend in the gym?

Protein would be the 1st supp i'd start using.
