HELP - My Arimidex is in caps not pills - How so I dose while on?

Turns out the Arimidex I bought is in capsule form rather than pill (1mg). Therefore I can't bust these things up into .25mgs/dose. (I tried emptying and splitting the powder into quarters and doing it sublangually but it got everywhere)

I'm on a low dose of Prop (300mg/wk EOD) and Winstrol (50mg/ed). I'd drop the ADEX alltogether but I am prone to gyno. I also have Nolva on hand.

Can I take the ADEX 1mg E3D as it has a 72hr half? What are your thoughts?

Do you mean a low dose of Prop 100mg EOD (350mg/wk total) or 300mg EOD (1050mg/wk total)???

You could do the ADex e3d without any issues.

well. you could go buy some 00 gel caps and recap it, but id recommend a milligram scale to make sure you get equal amounts of powder in each cap. dunno if thats in your budget or not

I take my arimidex 1mg E3D, it has 3 days half life so it'll be perfect

Also, sorry for the confusion...300mg/wk is the dose.

I was also wondering if I am taking the armidex during the cycle, should I switch to something like Aromasin for PCT? I've got clomid/nolva as well.
