Help!! On gear all of pump but good strength

The past few days I have noticed a decrease or lack of pump in the gym and also feeling flat during the day. Muscles aren't as full during day and less pump during workouts.

I ak on test/mast/npp
Strength is going up still and energy is there during workouts
Have not lowered carbs. Hydrated etc

I am hitting my muscle more frequenlty every 48hr now

Could this be overtraining?


I've been taking .5kg adex everyday could this be a result of too low esteogen?
 
Are you in a deficit because that could be why. Another guess would be that you obviously get BIG pumps at the gym and this effect makes you feel as if you're "flat" outside the gym ?
 
No I'm in a surplus of about 200-300
Carbs are good 300+
Sodium is not high but adequate I add some natural sources in
I hydrate but thinking back I've slacks the past week on water

I'm doing 3 on 1 off repeat
Push/pull/cardio rest repeat
No legs until back heals. Have an s1 strain


I do feel more tired but the gear is allowing me to work hard and push past it
I am resting from gym thurs-sun for field op hopefully ican recoup and laid my glycogen with this's mast ass horrible for u mre's lol. Those things are so bad for u
