Stats:
Age: 35
Weight: 94kg (207 pounds)
Height: 178cm (5'10'')
BF: Estimate 12%
Cycle History: Many cycles, all compounds have been tried except for A-bombs and some other hardcore orals I'm not interested in.
Resting Heart Rate: 57
Blood Pressure: 132/59 was 190/90 before I decided medication was needed in the short term
BMR: 2005
TDEE: 3406

I'm a TRT patient on a pretty extensive protocol. I am pretty sure that the need for TRT was my own doing, but this is subjective as I do not have bloodwork pre cycling. It had been a year since I last cycled and had done two restart attempts to no avail. I finally found a good doctor who specialises in longevity. He did bloodwork and it came back the following:

Total Test: 6.1 (11.5-32.0)
Free Test: 119 (170-500)
FSH: 2.2 (1.5-13)
LH: 2.3 (2-8)
SHBG: 31 (15-50)
Oestradiol: 159 (<150)
1GF1: 11 (30-50) Growth Hormone deficient.
I am vitamin D, K2 and A deficient. Low Progesterone. Internal inflammation evident from bloodwork. Tested positive for a genetic mutation that prevents my body from processing folate. Probably heading towards Type II Diabetes according to bloodwork.

The concern was inflammation caused by poor nutrition, declining cognition and risk of degenerative brain disease caused by already low and declining growth hormone levels and secretion, and further compounded by improper intake of vitamins and minerals. He said correcting the diet is essential, and we could try a restart with clomid, but I was at a point where I just didn't want that anymore and was ready to just manage my own endocrine system to optimise my health and lifestyle. He had no problems with that and did not blame me. I did not share my cycle history with him.

My doctor specialises in two things, Brain health as well as endocrine health. To summarise, Longevity. And so the TRT protocol I am following is below:

Hormone Support:
165mg Test E injected bi-weekly (Monday Evening / Friday Morning)
HCG: 250IU bi-weekly (Wednesday and Saturday)
DHEA: 40mg/day (before bed)
Pregnenolone: 100mg/day (before bed)
Progesterone micronized: 10mg (before bed)
Aromasin: As needed. starting at 12.5mg on Mon, Wed, Fri

Brain Repair/Support
Peptides: Ipamorline 100iu 3x per day / CJC-1295 (Mod GRF 1-29) 100iu 3x per day
Optimised Folate: Needed as I can't get folate from the foods I eat do to genetic mutation
Lithium Ortate 10mg /day (Before Bed)
Phenytoin Sodium: 25mg / day (Before Bed)
Melatonin: 2mg / day (Before Bed)
5-HTP: 25mg /day (Before Bed)
L-Theanine: 150mg /day (Before Bed)

Adrenal Support
Adrenotone: Consists of natural roots and herbs to many to list. taken 3 x per day

Vitamin & Mineral support
Prime Essentials: Consists of all essential vitamins, antioxidants and minerals for cellular DNA protection. Taken 1 x per day
Resveratrol Healthy Ageing Complex
Energy X: Vitamins and Minerals
Highly purified and concentrated Fish Oil: 4 grams per day Omega 3, 500mg EPA, 200mg DHA

Nootropics
Noopept: 20mg / day
Piracetam: 5 grams/day

Blood Sugar
Metaformin HCL 500: 1 Tablet 2x / day

Blood Pressure
Telmisartan: 40mg / day

Libido
Cialis: 5mg 2x / day
PT-141: if needed or I want a awesome night

As you can see a very comprehensive protocol which I am running with for the time being. Not sure if i will stay this comprehensive, but from a cognitive and physical standpoint I am feeling pretty amazing right now. My sleep is unreal. I wake up feeling so rested every night, and as soon as I close my eyes at night when going to bed I fall asleep. I dream vividly all night long. The peptides are amazing for this, as well as having a clear mind. They work very synergistically with the nootropics, and I think growth hormone is my favourite hormone of all.

I weighed 90kg 6 weeks ago and have put on 5kg. The peptides are certainly making a difference here with their ability to create new muscle cells, and are super synergistic in combination with the TRT dose of test. I am currently eating about 3200 calories /day, which is roughly 200 calories below my TDEE. This is currently broken down to a standard 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fats. I plan on reducing this further, probably down to about 2800 calories /day tweaking the macro breakdown until I hit the sweet spot.

My blast
Going to Blast for 14 weeks. TRT protocol stays in place and on top of this going to add:
Mast E: 600mg/ week. Dosed at 200mg/ml and injected M,W,F (Started two weeks ago)
NPP: 400mg / week. Dosed at 100mg/ml and injected M, W, F (start next week)

On week 4 I am going to add T3 at 50mcg working up to 75mcg, as well as clen and run that stack for 4 weeks. Might run the T3 a bit longer. After 1 weeks I will drop everything and just resume my TRT protocol.

My exercise looks like this:

I cycle 20km/day 5 days a week. 10km to work and 10km home. Good cardio as there are a few hills.
I hit the gym 5 days a week. Intense workouts that also act as cardio as I do not rest between sets. I lift heavy aiming for 6 reps in each set. I hit every muscle group once per week and always have at least 2 compound exercises per workout. My workouts don't last longer than 45 minutes, and I leave the gym spent and many times the bike ride home sucks ass. Especially on leg day. Even on a reduced calorie diet I am packing on the weight. I blame the peptides. I am wondering what I will get up to in weight? Just as long as I get my BF below 10% I am going to be happy where ever I land.

I am attempting to post a picture of me as a starting point of this thread. Hope I am successful. I intend to treat this thread as a blog on my TRT journey, so feel free to chime in with any input or advice based on your experience. Should be interesting to see what happens.

Why not also increase your test while you are at it?

i don't think it is necessary, plus I need to be right for my TRT bloodwork. I can maintain normal test levels during the blast if I keep my test dose at TRT protocol. Otherwise I would. Perhaps after my bloodwork for 6 weeks I will. But I'd only go up to 300mg of test as that's where i like it.

I am not a big fan or at all of T3, i think its really unneeded if your diet and AAS are in check. i havent used it in years now and i thought i would miss something or not get as cut as before but its totally the opposite

You might be right with the NPP mast combo. Ive never done NPP. I've certainly not needed it when I have done tren, but I do know when I use the T3 for 4 to 6 weeks at 75mcg / day I get great results. I'll see how I'm tracking 6 weeks down the road when I plan to add it. If I want that kick I'll go for it, but if I'm already sub 10 BF I'll probably conform completely to your thoughts and just leave it be. I feel that way about clen, but was going to stack it anyway.

I know americans use bi-weekly to SOMETIMES mean twice a week, but really it means every two weeks.

Same as bi-annual = every two years and bicentennial = two hundred years.

Just want to be clear, you mean you're pinning your Test every 3.5d yeah?

Correct, I pin test Monday evening and Friday morning. HCG on Wednesday and Saturday. Apologies for the confusion.

haha yes

bi weekly means every 2 weeks and SEMI weekly means every 3.5 days

only one small suggestion here -- your npp is prob dosed 100mg/10ml -- I'd simply inject 1.5cc m/w/f.. that gets you to 450 mg per week
