Help on my fitness goals

Hey guys,
Before I ask my question, i figured Id give my stats for better idea...

Stats:

Height: 6'1"
Starting Weight 3 months ago: 199
Weight as of this morning: 208lbs.
Bodytype: Endo-Meso
Max bench 225lbs.
Max Squat 225lbs.
Age: 23

My Goal: To be 185lbs. nicely toned with some size.

Where im at now: I have two buddies that are pretty beastly and was told I could get to my goal by hitting a powerlifting routine, doing a modified TCD, and cardio low impact 5 times a week. "you need to have a strong base, or there will be nothing to cut or tone..."

So for like 3 months I have been doing great on the 3 day split WSB type power routine and have gotten quite thick compared to 3 months ago. Cardio after the weights Mon Wed Fri, and just cardio Tues, Thur...


Question:
Does anyone have input on what they think routine-wise, cardio or diet-wise that could help me get to my goal and avoid whats happining now which is my waist, getting bigger, belly getting harder but sticking out more.... Basically I wanted a second opinion on what i doing and if it will get me to the goal I have stated above, plain and simple

Other info if needed: at least 200g pro a day, 45g's complex carbs in the morning only, tons of greens, 20 grams fish oil a day, 10 grams flax a day.... plus nootropic preWO sups l

Please give me ur thoughts
