Help Please!!! anybody

i am 6'1" 22 years old i weight 145lbs. i have been working out for almost a year now i hit the gym 4 days a week.
i need help gaining weight i just dont understand why i am not gaining. i eat 6 to 8 meals a day everyone calls me the bottomless pit. also i take my weight gain and protein powder in the morning. i eat a very strict diet lots of pasta, rice, chicken and tuna. i only drink water about two liters a day. i bench 250lb about 5 reps on a good day, and military 185. i am stuck my weight wont move and now my bench has not moved in months. i am getting very frustrated. i just started taking d-ball, i take 25mg a day i am going on my 5th week, next week i start my cycle of test. i really didnt wont to resort to roids but i feel i have no choice apparently my genes suck. since i have started d-bol my bench has gone up 20lbs but i still have not gained any weight. also in my workouts i dont do any cardio, power only. soo Any Suggestions will be appreciated i am at a very big walllll!!!

whats your calorie intake... also up your water...
and 6'1 145lbs? i would like to see a photo if possible. ive never heard of ANYONE at that weight for that size.
 
A-BOMBS and Test may be in order.

But also consider more food and weight gainer shakes before bedtime, more sleep, and less cardio.

Seek a high calorie weight gainer, take it 3 times a day, 15 min within waking up, 15 min after workout and 30 min before bed. Up your food calories as well, at your height and weight, dont even look at what you eat, just eat any fucking thing in site.

Last, focus on JUST heavy compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench and close grip bench. 5-8 reps of heavy weight.

Without testosterone, that d-bol "cycle" your in the middle of will show no benefits post cycle, the weight you do gain will dissapear as will the strength increase your feeling.
 
Im 20 6'1" and about 150 I got the same prob as the OP, workout and eat like crazy hardly any gains. Would Test-Cyp be a good option for me, I wanna get big fast Ive put in enough time without getting results

actually at 20 i would say NO..... i was thinking of doing roids at that age but left it out... give it a few more year to grow naturally other wise your'll fuck youself up bigtime

I've been training for about a year now, I'm pretty cut just not much mass

Instead of AAS, try Creatine, weight gainers, cassein and whey protein shakes and food. For your training try a more powerlifting/ power building type of training to gain mass. If you want, look up Mike Mentzer's or Dorian Yates' training philosophies to get an idea of what it takes training-wise to get massive, but don't mimic their programs since your body won't be able to take it.

I'm sorry to say but 1 year of training won't cut it unless you're a very genetically gifted individual.

It's your diet bro! If you really want to make progress then focus on your diet. 80% of your gains will come from eating properly. And that does not mean eating light , you need a solid diet plan...
