HELP PLEASE with anavar cycle!!!

Hi everyone,
I'm 5'8" 145 pounds 25 ys. athlete.

Nutrition is based on protein shakes zero or low carbs. whole wheat carbs, cooked veggies (usually dark green ones) protein bars, egg white omelets, fish, albacore, tuna and chicken breast, fat free milk, peanut butter, bananas, apples and raw almonds, glutamine and sometimes taking L-carnite as well

I eat 4-5 times a day (busy schedule)

I admit that once a week a cheat with something I enjoy eating... :)

My workout routine is 45 minuts of cardio usually spinning classes (60% -100% level)
1 hour of weight training diving my muscle groups into 5 days a week.
2 days a week I work12-13 hours so I have no energy to workout.

I have been doing sports since a little girl competing in track&field, volley and soccer. (if it matters) I have been always very active...

I started working out 10 years ago...
4 years ago I got more serious about my nutrition and fitness, but I felt my body wasn't changing anymore didn't matter how much I was pushing myself;
so someone convinced me to take Winstrol (winny) for a little push...

I did take for 4 weeks, 10mg and the results were amazing!

Since then I have not done anything else other then training hard and eating well.

This year I want to do it again for fitness and sports modeling purposes and bcs I want to compete this year for probably figure level, but I don't want to make the same mistake of taking it without searching or talking to more experienced people.

I have 100 pills of var (10mg) and I'm about to start a cycle but I have questions and need you HELP!!!

Should I take it everyday or every other day?

should I take any other supplements with this? (or should I stop with any fat burner or vitamins mean while?)

what is the pos cycle therapy, should I do it?

it's ok for me to take var while on birth control pills?

What else should I know or do while taking var. what other concerns.

I APPRECIATE ANY HELP,ANSWERS OR ADVICES THAT YOU GUYS MAY HAVE FOR ME!!!!

hmm i for women the recomended dose is 10-15mg and that would be every day, i would not cycle more then 5-6 weeks. if you are working on cutting i would not take any creatine sups with it, also for post cycle you would be on clomid/nova, not sure the dosage for females, and as for the birth control question i have no idea, hope this helps.

OK, first off, she is a female, so she won't need any post cycle therapy. lol

Second, good dosage for a woman in ur spot IMO is 5-10mg is fine. You can cycle as far as 12-16 weeks. Var is a very weak compound, even for women, and whats nice is the virilization is very minimal if any. I say a lil swollen clit is good for everyone. lol

You should take it everyday. Preferably at the same time each day. You can take fat burners with it, thats fine. And it shouldn't have any effect on your birth control pills.

Just keep your deit clean, even with a cheat meal a week you sound pretty good off.

I agree with RJ on the dose 5-10 mg will yield good results. I get better results when I split the dose and take it at the same times 2x a day. I would also include creatine pre workout with anavar. The anavar shouldnt effect the effectiveness of your BC.

I really appreciate the help so far,
so as far as I understood I can either take
lets say, every morning around same time
(10 mg. or 2x day of 5mg.) ??

Do you think is better to start by taking 5mg a day and maybe go up after my second week??
and I was thinking to do a 8 weeks cycle and tapper in the 9th week, does that sound right? and maybe break of 8 weeks and do the cycle again?
or should I do it once and longer?
Because to be honest I don't know how many cycles a year woman should do it.

I don't really want to grown, I like to get ripped and maybe gain or get my gluts and hamstrings stronger;
I already have a strong athletic body...

Do I need to see a doctor after cycles to check blood, liver and hormones?

It is best to start with 5 mg daily. See how you do for 3-4 weeks before going up. Take 2.5 mg twice a day if possible. If not 5 mg at around the same time is fine. Staying on birht control is fine. If this is your first cycle 6-8 weeks should be fine and I doubt you'll need to go up anymore than that.

You can see a doctor after...it wouldn't hurt. Anavar is pretty tame but best be safe and to be cautious take a liver supplement on cycle as well. It is mild though.

no need to taper anything, and I suggest LIV 52 for liver supplements.

As for going to 10mg, take it easy and see what 5mg of Anavar will do. If you are eating and training right, that will yield nice results, esp if you don't wanna get too muscular like you said earlier.

Like an above poster said Liv52 is a good supplement. I doubt you'll need it though but it doesn't hurt. No need to taper at such low amounts and you probably won't even have to go to 10 mg.

How many times you cycle in a year is up to you but for every cycle you do you should leave the same amount of time plus a couple of weeks in between cycles.

I don't know what your body will keep or lose after the cycle. Much of it will be how you control your training and diet. It's different for everyone...you will just have to wait and see.

You should start an online journal so members can follow your progress, give advice, and support you. Having an online journal also helps keep you motivated as well as it motivates others!

Haha. There is a section called Online Journaling...you can start a journal in their and you just post daily or however often you want. Blondie has a diet one going currently. Check it out and read through some other people's journals. Let us know when you start one and we'll follow along on your journey!
