Im on Pinn sust. 250 about a month 1/2 into my cycle did the whole first month plus 1 week in my ass.. first time doing it in quad please help!! is this normal?

You say you injected upper quad, and the pain moves down towards your knee correct? Sounds like you could have hit you lymphatic system. You'll be fine just man up brother. Ice it as well.

I hear ya, like the fluid just gravitated to the knee and stopped. I have had it twice this cycle. I would say virgin muscle, or maybe a tad off on the pin site. I moved up some so its between hip and mid mark of thigh (on the outside of course) SO 3/4 way up from the knee or 1/4 way down from the hip. Actually shaved a circle there to remind me while I was flexed, cause that knee pain sucks. I can tell you that use a heating pad after and take 3 aspirin to thin the blood. Then I run on the ellipticycle for 30 mins that night to work it out and keep the blood moving. No pain since, could be that my quads are just adjusting but im sticking with this routine cause I ve been pain free doing it this way.

Sorry I noticed the ice post. Ice works great for alleviating the pain, but I truly think icing right after will slow the blood flow and coagulate the test a little. (meaning gel up). 3-4 days out you could ice but I'd keep the heat on it initially that just my thoughts no disrespect intended.

Sorry I didn't clarify. I didn't mean ice it right after. Just thru out the day as needed. If he hit is lymphatic system ice woukd help the swelling. He was describing symptoms of hitting the lymphatic system, but who knows.
