Help with 12 week cutting cycle

Hey guys, new to the board and looking for help designing a 12 week cutting cycle. About the only thing I don't think I can get is HGH so other than that I'm all ears.

Age - 26
Height - 5'7"
Weight - 205 lbs
Weight lifting experience - Caught the bug when I was 16, have been lifting ever since. Early years (16-21) I deviated and was definitely far from perfect. The last 5 years I have remained focused and dedicated and stick to a generally strict diet and nutrition program.

Weight Training - Lift 5x a wk, Cardio 2-5x a wk depending on current goals

Nutrition - Generally use a 40/40/20 split which I seem to react best too. Chicken, lean beef, fish, eggs, whey protein, milk, brown rice, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, vegetables, avocados, and oatmeal
make up most of my meals.
2 previous cycle over the last 2 years.

Cycle 1 - 12 weeks
Test Ethanate 500mg/wk
PCT - Nolva/Clomid

Cycle 2
Testosterone propionate 100mg eod,
Trenbolone acetate 75mg eod
Clenbuterol (2 weeks on/off)
Nolva/Clomid for PCT

All suggestions welcome, thanks for everyone's help.
 
For cycle #2, run Test P 50mg ED, and Tren Ace 50mg EOD. Its ur first time for Tren Ace so try not to get your tolerence up there. You eat Carbs for Pre WO, Protein meals for Post WO?

why in god's name do you recommend tren acetate, the most harsh and powerful AAS known to man...to beginning users...you're retarded. and I noticed you're small as fuck and only 19. i was double your size at 19 naturally

Guys, I apologize for the confusion. Cycle 1 and 2 are my first two cycles not future cycles I'm planning.

I'm now looking for advice on what my third cycle should be.

Here is what I'm looking for:
1.) 10-12 wk cycle
2.) Would like to limit to (2) IM injectables
3.) I'm willing to consider cycles with orals and have access to most.
4.) Willing to use fat burning agents such as t3 and clen
5.) Looking for a strong cutting cycle.

FYI just found out I have access to HGH as well. Not saying I'm looking for a cycle with this just stating what options are available to me. Basically I have access to most anything on the market and am looking for some recommended cycles based on my goals, experience, and criteria above. I want to then research the suggestions and make a decision.

Let me hear your best idea :)

Cycle #1 and #2 are my past cycles.

As far as pre/post workout nutrition this is what I've found works best for me -

1-1.5 hours pre workout
- full meal consisting of complex carbs (i.e. oats, sweet potatoes or brown rice), protein (lean steak, chicken,...), and healthy fats (peanut butter, avocados, or almonds)

15 minutes preworkout - whey protein w/ small amount of simple carbs (usually either honey, gatorade, or fruit)


During workout
- BCAAs and Water

Post Workout - Immediately following workout whey protein with simple and complex carb mix. Followed with a full meal around an 1.5 later.

This is what I've found works best for me and has been tailored over the last 5-10 years. As I progress into cutting I'll start isolating most of my carbs to my pre/post workout meals, remove simple carbs entirely and/or minimize complex carbs. All depends on how my body is responding and how close I am to my goals. I usually respond best to a 40/40/20 macronutrient split but will up protein and lower carbs during cutting.

Please see above, test was my first cycle. Test/Tren was my second cycle. I'm looking for recommendations on my third cycle which is geared toward a 12 wk cutting cycle utilizing anabolics and fat burning agents which I'm looking for people's recommendations on.

ya, people like that get shutdown very quickly here, if the advice aint good somone will speak up. diet is very key when cutting, so is cardio.

Very true, I'm thinking my new 63" HDTV placed directly in front of the elliptical should keep me on track :D

So any suggestions? I'm all ears...
 
what about test, eq, Anavar (var) . I am currently doing test c, eq, and dbol. But I know guys who cut with the Anavar (var) in there at the end of the cycle. I really don't get much bloat so I'm running the dbol.

Thanks I'm thinking either test/tren or test/eq base.

Then add 1 or 2 orals. What do you guys think? Var? Winstrol (winny)? Turinabol? Primobolan?
 
Sus 450 .5cc MWF
Primo 200 shot twice a week for 400mg.
Anavar last 6 weeks @50ED
Proviron 25-50mg ED
Aromasin on hand if bloat occurs start with 6.25mg ED and move up to 12.5 ED if needed.

PCT
Nolva
40/40/20/20
Aromasin
25/25/25/25/25
