Help with low estrogen

Just got some labs done to see if my gear was working and if the estrogen was in check. I'm 3-4 weeks into a Test 600/EQ 400 blast. The T came back high, the LH and FSH were both low as I'd expect, but oddly my estradiol was very low < 6.0 pg/mL (7.6 - 42.6). It was about 14 pg/mL to start. I haven't been running any anti E.

I'm feelin pretty good, no negative sides that I can think of, but I read that low estradiol can negatively affect the lipid profile, and perhaps sap strength and libido.

Any advice? Would you recommend I start trying to increase my estrogen by eating soy beans, etc. ? Also, is there any possible explanation? I thought that e followed t via aromatization.

I should also mention that I was on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) before this cycle and will be on it afterwards, so I wasn't planning post cycle therapy (pct). Still, I want to be able to recover my estrogen!

Could it just be that the lab test for estradiol is garbage? It was Roche ECLIA methodology through Lab Corp (7.6 - 42.6). Should I be getting a different one?

It could be that you just don't aromatize estro rapidly. If you feel fine then it's nothing to worry about. At 3-4 weeks in, I wouldn't expect estro to be elevated to much anyway. Not sure why it would decrease.

I would wait a couple weeks and see how you feel. Dhea will increase estro, I've used it everytime I've ended up with low estro.

Thanks for the answer, yeah, I was on DHEA for a bit, but stopped 2 weeks before my cycle. Didn't think it did anything for me, but I still have a lot left. I'm also on stinging nettle which is supposed to free up T by lowering SGBH and I take this thermo called Lipo Rush, mostly for energy. I'm not super worried, but I don't want to have issues with this over the long run.

My testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guy says this: as long as you feel good don't mess with it.

Another interesting point he stresses is estro/test ratio. So based his and the Doctors practices this my be your target estro/test ratio. Make note of it.

So as your test builds up so should your estro in ratio.
