Help with macros not losing any fat

Hi so I am currently on week 4 of my test and tren cycle but I am struggling to lose body fat. I currently. 6ft 190 at 8-9% body fat. I'm trying to get to around 6%. I have dropped my macros significantly yet still no progress. I'm doing hiit cardio 2 times a week for 20 mins. My macros are currently 1.7-1.8k cals 250 protein 50 fat and 50 carb. I have dramatically dropped carbs. Can you guys please provide some insight on losing the 2-3% bf?
 
Up your fat intake, your cals seem really low for being at 190lbs 8% bf, there is no balance here 50g carb and 50g fats, try 270p, 150c, 70f approx 2400 kcal

My original macros were 65 fat, 150 carb and 250 protein and cals were at 2200, I did that for about 3 weeks but my body fat did not drop.
