Hi so I am currently on week 4 of my test and tren cycle but I am struggling to lose body fat. I currently. 6ft 190 at 8-9% body fat. I'm trying to get to around 6%. I have dropped my macros significantly yet still no progress. I'm doing hiit cardio 2 times a week for 20 mins. My macros are currently 1.7-1.8k cals 250 protein 50 fat and 50 carb. I have dramatically dropped carbs. Can you guys please provide some insight on losing the 2-3% bf?
