help with making t3 liquid please

Hi guys i have made some t3 liquid in the past, but i noticed the powder is hard to suspend in liquid or alcohol it doesnt fully dissolve whats the best way to do this? ***-productd have awesome t3 suspendid in liquid i always wonderd how they did it so well
