I have been working out for a year and the half I lost 100 pounds. I have pubertal gyno(later confirmed by my endo) so I was wondering about my hormone levels. I took 2 tests to see what was making me feel so tired, lazy, weak erections etc. I have never taken any steroids before. My diet is clean and I work out 5 times a week. Anyways here are the results from my tests.

Test#1
Prolactin level 5.56 range: 2.5-17.0
Testosterone total 325 range: 240-950
Testosterone free 12.15 range 8.8-27.0

Test#2
Total testosterone 476 range: 348-1197
Lh 4.4 range 1.7-8.6
Fsh 5.6 range: 1.5-12.4
Estradiol 8.7 range: 7.6-42.6
I have already started levoxthyroine for my thryoid about a month ago. Anything I need to worry about these low levels aren't they levels of like 50-60 year olds?

There is a lot of variation in TT levels among men unrelated to age, so I wouldn't get hung up on what number you think you should be at. Sounds like you don't have any evidence of decline. That's one data point. You have symptoms that could be due to low T. That's another.
In your situation, I would investigate other solutions ( diet, stress, lifestyle, etc. ) prior to even thinking about TRT. At age 20, I would think that would be near last resort.

What time of the day did you get these tests run? That makes a difference. Ideally you want TT run first thing in the morning.

I would give your thyroid time to adjust to the medication your are on. Thyroid affects your testosterone levels. Follow up in a few months and see how things look. Get TT, E2, LH and FSH again.

Just for reference, the average 20 year old has total testosterone levels somewhere in the 500's. It peaks somewhere in your 30's.

The chart is a curve. Low until you hit puberty. It increases until you get into your 30's. Then it starts dropping about 1% per year. So it will drop back into the 500's again.

What are you doing for exercise? I ask because intense long exercise (over 60-90 minutes) can often lead to lower testosterone levels. It is fairly common for endurance athletes like triathletes or ultra runners to have low T. Just wondering with your large weight loss (great work by the way!) if you could be overdoing it and stressing your system.
