help with my diet.

I'm currently 5 11 195 about 20% bf
Looking to drop about ten to fifteen lbs.
My diet consists of almost completely chicken thighs, I work at a bbq restaurant. I figure I eat about 1800 calories of almost all protein.
I also am taking 50mg oral Winstrol (winny) a day for the last three weeks. on Monday I'm replacing about 25% of my chicken with protein powder and starting a month of createin
I work out daily about 30 min of cardio and 12 hard lifts. what else should I be doing? Want to do a test cycle but not sure.
 
i really dont know what to say man...why the hell would you do a test cycle if you are trying to lean out? hit up the diet forum and someone will help you out.
