Help with my pathetic chest and triceps !

I just dont understand it. Everything is growing except my chest and my triceps. I'm benching a good amount, i do triceps a great deal, nothing works!

My inner chest is pathetic so i've been really workign those out hard. I'm doing all kinds of variations but nothing seems to work!!!

My shoulders blow up, my biceps blow up, back is starting to grow but still the chest and triceps.....

nothing.


Anyone have any ideas or suggestions????
 
if you don't have a chest, dont' worry about an inner chest. Unless you are fucking jacked and on stage no one is going to notice your inner chest is lacking. What do your routines look like, i can probably tell you off the bat that you don't know how to hit your chest while flat benching though.

I kinda feel like I don't hit my chest very well when flat benching. what exactly do you do?

I have always preferred incline and i usually start with incline barbell, or dumbell. Big fan of incline flyes, I will use the incline hammer from time to time. I also like flat flyes, cables from time to time.
 
I am not sure this is good technique however. I noice hen benching if I keep m ass planted on the bench use goo footing but arch m back and reall focu on the lift I gain so much out of it. I kinda arch my back and it feels almos like I am doin a slight inline press but it nails my chest eve time. I use a fairly wide grip. Just my .02...
 
Lately i've been starting with decline press but now i will switch to doing incline first.

my workout usually looks like this

incline or deciline barbell first
4 reps at 10,8,6,4

then i'll move to either decline or incline or flat.

after i've done the three incline,decline, flat

i'll move to dumbbell fly's and sometimes cable crosses

i also throw in some close grips, and dips.

how is it possible that i still cant be hitting my chest? do i need to be feeling pain? i usually dont after a work out so maybe i should start super setting? tryign to really shock the muscle?

HOLY SHIT! That's insane!
 
Dude you say it won't grow so u work them a lot. maybe thats just the problem give them time to rest!
