help with sustanon, eq , dbol cycle

hie I am planning to do a 12 week eq sust cycle with a 4 week dbol kickstart. my stats are 180 lbs at 13%bf at 172 cms. I know I am a midget lol. anyways I am planning to do 400 sustanon, 400eq and 40mg dbol for the first 4 weeks. I was also thinking to maybe run tren a for the last 5 weeks at 50mg eod. I plan to get to 195-200lbs at the same bf or less. Is this kind of a cycle suitable for my goals. I am well aware that it all depends on the diet so I am listing my diet below, any and all feedback would be appreciated, cheers

06.30Meal 3eggs + 1 cup oats + 2 tbsp pb
10:00Meal 3eggs + 2 tbsp pb
13:00Shake 30 grams whey + 1tbsp pb + 1 cup oats
15:00Shake 30grams whey + 2 slices of white bread w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter
16:00Meal 8oz chicken/fish/redmeat + 1 cup brown rice
19:00Meal 8oz chicken/fish + 4oz sweetpotato + 2 scoop peanut butter

total macros:
271 protein
124 fats
326 carbs
3514 calories

First off eq has a very long ester, run it for 16weeks. Didn't read your diet but the 3500cal will forsure add size to you. And how about your Pct? AI?
 
well I can do it upto 14 weeks, and my pct is clomid 100 100 50 50 and nolva 40 40 20 20. also will pick up adex before I start the cycle i.e. in the next 10 days or so

Yea you should be fine and if you end up feeling like you get a little to much fat drop it to 3100cal. I don't know how active you are in a day but 13% bf is good.
 
Lookin around 10%. You'll do great with this cycle and diet. If anything you may even be able to sneak in a few hundred extra cals ahaha
 
10 percent??? are you sure buddy? I started my cut 12 weeks ago at like 21 percent and now if I am at 10, that's nothing short of great. I don't really ever wanna bulk again plus summer is almost here, all I want is 15lbs on top at the same condition or even leaner

12 weeks?? You've been puttin in work I see. Clean diet n hard training! You don't look like you're 21 in the old pic though. I'd say 16-18 since you can outline your abs a bit. Doing a great job though and you can easily slap on 15lbs with what you're running. Your metabolism is going to be a lot faster so the extra calories will be for good use.

Doing a great job though and you can easily slap on 15lbs with what you're running. Your metabolism is going to be a lot faster so the extra calories will be for good use.

Well 10 weeks actually clicked those pics last week, now in the 11th week and thanks a lot.

also since its my first time with dbol, should I go straight with 40mg per day or start less and maybe ramp it every week?
