My boy taking test 400 his arm started to get these red round bumps n he said his arm tingles is this bad test

Arm shot? You've gotta be more specific in which muscle he pinned. Was it his first time shooting in this muscle?

I would tell him to take some benadryl sounds like he could just be having an allergic reaction to whatever. If it were me I would try pinning 1 more time and see what happens.
