help with var/decca/test

Hi, I am 5'4 120lbs women and on my first cycle of ana Anavar (var) taking 10mg/day. I just started a week ago and am now starting to take decca 300 100ml/wk, and test ethenante 100ml once every two weeks. I don't want too much size, i am trying to just get CUT. I took Winstrol (winny) a few months back and loved the results! I was doing 50ml twice/wk. After about 2.5mo I started having too many side effects so I finished my cycle then stopped. I was told Anavar (var) is better as far as less side effects? Any advice on the dosage and what i'm taking for the RESULTS I want? Thanks

Yes, stop taking the drugs, especially those drugs. Jesus girl, you're on the WRONG path.

Diet and cardio is what makes you cut... not drugs.

All you are setting yourself up for is a lot of Side Effects. I'm not sure who told you to do this stack, but this is not the right stack for your goals. I would bet my paycheck that a Man with little experience training women gave you this idea. It's a BAD IDEA. DECA is Horrible for WOMEN. IT Acts like and overdose of Progesterone in a woman's body. It will give you horrible side effects. If you are committed to this stack, you have to be committed and accept the possible Side effects. Remember if you get sides with DECA and Long Acting Test, you can not bail out of the Cycle. It is in you body for Months, and you can't stop the effects once you start.

Getting Cut is of Diet and Cardio for Women. Hour in the Morning and an Hour at Night, and a clean diet is the best thing you can do.

Anavar and winny...help

HI, you helped me out on a question with decca/test/anavar a few wks back, and yes a guy with no experience for women roids gave me that combo. I told him it made no sense that i would be taking the same thing he would be taking when he wants to bulk up and i want to lean down, i said with test i would get bulkier. I stopped only after one shot with test and decca for fear of the side effects. Now i am just one anavar and its all good. I took Winstrol (winny) awhile back and loved the look i got! But it went away ALL OF MY GAINS within 2months! I stopped taking Winstrol (winny) cause the side effects were too many for me. I was told anavar has less side effects which so far so good, and its been about a month, but with Winstrol (winny) they didn't hit until 2months in:( I am not seeing results as fast as i was on Winstrol (winny), so i am wondering if there is something better then anavar for women and cutting? thanks

anavar doesnt directly cause fat loss, its more for muscle retention and water depletion when dieting. i think what you have in mind is something that will directly aid in fat loss and there are 3 main drugs for this purpose: dnp, clenbuterol, tri-iodothyronine (T3). DNP and T3 both have nasty side effects, and when used incorrectly, can be permanent or result in death. So while clen can also be potentially fatal if misused, its more mild (comparatively) and thus safer in some sense so it would be ideal over the previously mentioned 2. if you are still intent on taking one of the aforementioned then, while i dont condone it, i would suggest clen, and just clen. if you become more knowledgeable and feel you are ready to take T3 in the future then thats fine aswell but DNP should be avoided for women from what i understand.

a clen cycle should be taken for no more than 14 consecutive days (2 weeks) with 14 consecutive days off (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) for a maximum of 12 weeks. typical doses for women range from 40mcg to 80mcg a day. note that it is mcg not mg, the distinction is important if its in powder or liquid form. i'd recommend buying it in pill form for simplicity, so you merely have to take 2 pills split between the day and take them earlier in the day as it will cause difficulty sleeping.

So for example:

day 1-2: 20mcg (1 pill)/day
day 3-12: 40 mcg (2 pills)/day
day 13-14: 20mcg (1 pill)/day
END CYCLE
day 28-29: 20mcg (1pill)/day
day 30-39: 40mcg (2pills)/day
etc...

you get the idea, and this can be taken alongside anavar or whatever steroid of your choosing. if the side effects from 40mcg/day are tolerable you can increase dosage to 60mcg. i'd personally advise against going higher but its ultimately your choice and determined by how you feel

because clen depletes taurine levels you should be supplementing your taurine intake. 2g l-taurine a day should suffice. also its absolutely critical you drink plenty of water as you can die from dehydration. aim for 1.5+ gallons a day. another thing is to monitor your heart rate as clen will drastically raise it, by atleast 15 bpm

ultimately the most important thing will be your diet and training. even though drugs will help immensely with minimal effort required, the effects will be dismal if the diet or training is not in check. its not exaggeration, its not hyperbole. diet and training are the most crucial elements to achieving any goals and many people underestimate the importance.
