Help with working around my injury?

On Monday I couldn't make it to the gym so I had to workout back at my place(I never take days completely off).
The only bar I how to work with for deadlifts was an EZ curl bar.. I think I might have rounded my back due to my lower back feeling sore(not the muscle) yesterday.
Earlier today I rounded stupidly while picking something up and I felt a very sharp pinch in my lower back and everything went blurry for a minute.

It's been about an hour and I've been icing it and took some Ibuprofen, but I was supposed to go to the gym later.

I was going to to
Squat 5x3
Calf raise 3x10
Weighted dips 3x8
Incline CG bench Press 4x10
Lateral raises 2x10

But there's no way in hell am I going to be able to squat, calf raise and maybe bench.

So I figured I could just do some light work with machines mainly to stay mobile and work around it.
Would something like this not aggravate my back more?
Leg extensions 4x20
Calf Press machine 3x20
Dip machine 3x20
Shoulder Press machine 4x20

Thanks for any and all advice.

personally man,i would take a few days off, sounds like you may have pulled a muscle in your lower back, ive felt the same thing a few times, and took a few days off and let it heal and ice it 2-3 times a day for 20-30 mintues at a time and i was back lifting in a week or so,better to take time off and let it heal and rest instead of working around it and risk injuring it even more, just my .02...good luck and be careful

Yeah take time off. I never do and that is stupid! You could use icy hot or skeletal Balm for muscle pain other than that just rest bro and eat CLEAN while taking time off ;)

Thanks for the replies!
At first I thought It was my lower back, but I actually think I strained my left glute; I had a radiating pain around it and down the back of my leg.
I've been icing it a occasionally and replaced my squats & deads with high rep extensions, leg curls & am now am to due hyper extensions again.. I hope I can squat again next week.. I seem to heal quick :)
