I really dont no if im doing to much or to less. let me give you an example.

thurs shoulders military press max 225
fri bi tri
So mon day i do
incline db's. 90's -110's. 10,8,6 then 70's 12 for really good forum
flat db's 3x10,8,8
decline bench 3x10,8,8 155pds to 225
cable cross 3x10
and about 100 push-ups in between....
when i work the rest of my body i try to do 4 different things for each body part... my balance of my max's are rounded out well i dont think any advice is good ...
