K so i'm new to the whole steroid thing. Heres a little about me I'm turning 21 in 5 months, 5'7" and weigh too much. Okay when i was younger like 14 and 15 I trained with my step mom for fitness comps and loved it. Well crap happens, car accidents etc. But I would love to get back into the fitness world. I'm kinda having a hard time in doing so. I have a good build that i have been told I can go a lot of places with. But I need to cut down. I weigh around 160 now. I have cut all cheese (which I love) and alcohol from my diet. I am very active with 2 jobs. One in real estate/property mgmt and a stripper at night. Since my car accidents my body hurts me daily. Wild guess that the high heels and pole work doesn't help either. I was suggested EQ and obiviously I should have done my reseach first. (info came from a guy). Which I firmly believe that men and women can do the same exercises but they CANNOT do the same steroids. I have really been working out good. I have not seen any results this is why i'm looking for something to take. I'm going to start clen hopefully soon. But any advice that anyone has for me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

first of all.. Welcome to Ology :)

the choice to take Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) as a woman is a very personal one.. how the hormones affect you may not be the same as they affect me or susie dumbbell lol.. ya know what i mean.. so YES you can go with generally safe Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) with LOW virilization.. and use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) that MOST women have used successfully..
You want an Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) with a higher anabolic ratio to androgenic ratio...

EQ you will put on lean muscle... Deca is better for your joints, you may want to give durabolin or nand phenylprop a chance... Alot of women, myself included have seen joint improvement and fat loss with HGH and there is always anavar or primo if you can find it...

Obviously Diet and excercise is KEY and the foundation.. if either two are off, then don't waste your money on aas.. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) compliment solid training and nutrition rather than being a substitute for..

Also, on a side note.. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) ARE NOT FAT BURNERS!!! Clen burns fat as does T3 but Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) build muscle; granted the more lean muscle you have, the odds are you will lose fat.. but don't fool yourself; you may gain 10lbs on the scale, but lose 4 inches and alot of bodyfat..

Hope this helps give you a little insight.. You really should do some research prior to making any decision and this board is filled with informative posts and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) profiles... just use the search function :)

Good luck,
Super

And a tip from a newbie on this board - but not without experience.

Be careful with the Clen! The first time I tried it, boy was I sick. I pucked up all over my back yard for a whole weekend long! Never forget that experience. Start of with a tiny amount and slowly work up from there.

My best!

Welcome Shelly!

First off I don't think you are ready for steroids yet. Before resorting to roids, learn how to diet and exercise properly first. I would bet my home this is why you are not seeing the results you desire. Post your diet in the diet section along with the macro amounts. Then we can go from there.

Welcome to the board. I'm sure you will love it here.
In regards to you starting Clen, have you used anything else before in terms of fat burners? Clen might not be the right thing for you to start off with if you haven't used anything before.
Supergirl gave some good advice as usual. Definitely do your research first before starting any cycle.
Once again, welcome. :)

Welcome to 'Ology.... now at your height and weight its tough for us to tell you how you look without pictures (Im not being a typical man..well..maybe :) ) 160 is pretty heavy, unless you are damn muscular.... now.. give us a rundown on your workouts both lifting and cardio...also diet Key word there... bottom line.. steroids are not for you at this point and time... I can bet that right now diet and more cardio will drop at least 20lbs, over time.. however I don't have the picture to judge..so I am going by my assumption... let us know what your doing and how its going.. :)
