Ok im not a body builder, and i don't usually do weight training, but i just had a baby:baby: in october and i really want to lose some of these extra pounds, i only weigh 129lbs and im not big by any means. I just am not happy with my body right now.

I am running every day for 45mins and i rotate my weeks i run 5 days a week then the next i run 4 days to give my body a break.

I need some suggestions on a meal plan to help me out.
What im doing right now if eating Oatmeal after my morning workout then i eat pretty much what i want during the day to an extent, and after 6:00 i don't eat any carbs.

If anyone has any better suggestions for me please let me know!!!!!!:newbie:

ok so lets start by planning your meal. 3-4 meals should cover your need without any problem.

cut out junkfood! no fried food or unwanted fatty food. no white rice, pasta or bread. stay away from sugar as much as possible.
stick to basics it gets easier that way and I assumy you dont want to be counting calories and weighing everythhing you eat?

a typical day could be like this.

breakfast:
Oats with some almonds and flaxseeds. cottagecheese.

lunch:
brown rice and chicken, fresh salad or cooked vegetables with olive oil.

dinner:
a litte Wholewheat pasta and salmon. salad with oliveoil

light snack in the evening.

for snacking during the day try to stick to an apple or slice some cucumber or carrots and get some low calorie dipping sauce.

you could also try and skip carbs at dinner if you like.

drink plenty of water.

that sounds simple enough, what im having trouble with also is, do i have to eat the same thing every day and night or is their other things that i can plan my week of lunch and dinner?:dunno:

Also does anyone have any suggestions on getting rid of stretch marks?

You can switch the meals up, the same thing over and over gets old. Its also shown that if you eat the same thing day in and day our for some reason the body adjusts and cannot absorb all the nutrients.

For stretch marks, they are permanent unless you get surgery to remove them with lasors. Cocoa butter and vitamin E help a little. If you dont want to use those just make sure your skin is always hydrated. If its never dry and you always put cream on it, it def helps keep new ones from happening and may help fade the old ones. They may be bright or dark now, but over time they will fade.

Sometimes tanning helps too, but stretch marks are scars, so they tan a different color than the skin, still sometimes it helps hide them.

Here's something that might help.

1.)White meat has no carbs. eg. Boneless skinless chicken breasts, tuna
2.)Stick to complex carbohydrates your body uses them much more efficient than regular carbs eg. brown rice, baked potatoe veggies. whole wheat pasta
3.)Dont fry foods my personal favourite is the barbeque but you can bake or boil your meat but you sacrifice flavor, and if you like barbeque sauce try not spreading it on during the final stages of cooking and use it like a dip
4.)If your a coffee drinker hehe which most are get rid of the cream and use skim milk cut the sugar and use a substitute or drink it black you'll be amazed what you can train your taste buds to like
5.) Eat most of your daily intake of COMPLEX carbs after your morning work out and no carbs after diner if you get hungry take a low fat low carb protein shake.
6.)Take an evening walk with your honey to burn off a few extra carbs before bed
7.)And of course you can add a fat burner 30 minutes prior to your running, then one at lunch i would look at an all natural one for you and if your breast feeding consult with your doctor first, i recommend adding a few different types of cardio as the body becomes use to a repetative routines thus slowing down its effectiveness.
8.)Water drink plently of water a day
9.)Multi-vitamin can never hurt ya

These are just a few things off the top of my head that i hope can help you
good luck
