Well like I said I am new to sites like this, but I have been lifting on and off for about 8 years. Recently in the last 6 months I started getting into it again and hitting it a little more than moderately. With how busy life is I feel I have naturally plateaued and am just flat lining. No real improvements. So I guess my first question is what is a good routine to get into?

I weigh 205 And I want to weigh 185 with my current size as is. My currently measurements are 15 1/2" Bi, 12 1/2" fore, 24 1/2" thigh, 15 3/4" Calves, 42" chest and 37" waist (around belly button), neck is a whopping whoopidy doo 15 1/2". I run trail about 8 Mi a week and 60 elliptical sessions 3-4 X's a week.

If I were to supp what should I use? Is it worth staying natural? If not how do I move up? Also my cal intake is like 2200/ day. Thank you for any help and advice you have.

Head to the diet section, if you're wanting to trim up that is where you should start, at 2200 calories I think you're eating too little....

J- how many calories/ day should I be taking? Per Scoop 21g of protein at 200 cal How many scoops do think I should rock to maintain?

Miss Muscle- How much more cardio should I be doing?

I know my formula is all jacked up. Wote a new post "back to the front" let me know if I should hold of. Thank you for all and any advice.:wallbash:

Hey man, that's why you're here, to get everything in check....in the Diet section of this forum there is a sticky called 3j's diet advice or something like that, go read up on it and post on there, 3j is the man with the plan when it comes to diet, he won't let you down....

Mos def. Thanks again. I am sure you will be hearing allot from me. Hopefully I will not sound like a broken record. I can b a lil slow from time to time
 
I reread your first post.....I see you do have cardio in there! So it's your diet to focus on now! Go to diet section.....read some posts and then ask some questions if you need to.

but yah diet shoudl nto go too low. i know it "sounds" liek it would be better but you just put your body into "starvation " mode and will acually STALL fatloss.
i liek carb cycleing aswell.

alotta good studd in diet section and sticys.
