Hey all, I'm new here and came across the site for educating myself about steroid use. You all seem like a very well educated and helpful group and I thought I'd ask a question no one has been able to give me a good answer too.

I'm 26 6'8'' 285 pounds, I'm an ex-collegiate basketball player and I'd like to get back down to my weight in college of 245. Whats a good caloric count for the day? Secondly, I'd like to use a fat burner, but I'm scared to use HGH as i'm tested regularly for growth problems. Any suggestions?
