i know this might have already been discussed but when i looked through i couldn't find exactly what i'm looking for
i'm 5'5 i know really short but i've been on a diet for a while went from 230-190 dropped a lot of bodyfat...looking to get down another 10-15 lbs before putting back on more mass...what's a good legal fat burner to cut the extra belly fat and the love handles? any input would be much appreciated
 
run all the time...bike or run everyday every other day...i do all that...continue my diet and still hit a huge plateau can't get below 190
 
Most so-called fat burners will just make you feel like you are on speed for a short period of time and then let you down. Prolonged use can actually do the very opposite of what you are trying to accomplish-they will slow your natural metabolism. I recommend lots of ab work, and a low carb diet--losing that last bit of fat is not going to be easy--its like accounting last on first off--if you have had that problem for a while it will take some ridiculous effort to get rid of it. Try boxing it is serious cardio and it forces you to tighten your abs.

thanks for the help...check out my diet.. i've been going to a research diet place or w/e... so they basically give me what to eat and what not to eat.. i know it's very low protein but it's what has made me lose 40 lbs so i'm gonna keep doing it..and for some reason my muscle mass has increased.. even though it's less protein... give me some advice on what you think

breakfast...2 medium eggs with a piece of 40 cal wheat toast
lunch....6 oz baked chicken/equivilent in turkey burger or whatever...4 oz's of steamed veggies like brocolli or green beans and strawberries peaches or apple
dinner....same routine as lunch with the meat and veggies but no fruit and another 40 cal piece of toast... i try to go without the toast whenever possible

protein shake with every meal and at 10 and 2...it's a very low calorie shake..more like a fruit punch without the calories...only like 25 g's protein

taking flax seed at every meal....appetite control at 10 and 2 with the shakes...daily vitamin and calcium
 
clen, dnp, eca/ecy theres a lot of fat burners to choose from but they only supplement your diet as said earlier. do what you can without them and use them later on when it gets harder to lose fat.
