Hematocrit questions

I was wondering if it is only people that do actual AAS cycles(really high testosterone per week) get high hematocrit and are at risk for heart attacks?

I'm only taking 150mg/wk for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and I've been having shortness of breath and chest pains. This has been alarming to me, so I'm wondering if such a low weekly dose can get hematocrit to dangerous levels?

My doc wants to check my hematocrit levels, but not for a few months, and I'm really worried right now.

First of all try to just relax. Also yes it is possible for someone just on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to have these problems. You need blood work to.figure that out. And if thats the case simply donate blood.

youngblood is right if your on for a while best thing is donate blood, the blood bank will test you on the spot for thick blood and tell you right away if you have thick blood

how many cycle are you running per year? on my case I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) year round so I donate every 2 to 3 months its a must to donate to maintain hemocrits in normal range,

how often would a person have to donate while on , say a 12-16 wk cycle?
If ur NOT on year round and just are running a 12-16 week cycle then you may not have to donate blood. But it just all depends on the person, this is why getting blood work is important. IMO high hemocrit/RBC is one of the side efffects that is causing the most harm to people.

i havent been on a cycle for 2 yrs. when i do cycle the side effect i always get is High bp. so i figure it wouldnt hurt to donate blood in mid cycle.

High blood pressure doesn't always mean you have high hemocrit levels. It is a possibility tho. You should always get blood IMO even if its not wat u would consider a heavy cycle.

Could you explain what you think is causing harm with high rbc/hemocrit?
