I have a hemoglobin of 150 G/L (converted comes to 15 g/dl)
While on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a few years it went up to 163 G/L(16.3 g/dl)
not a big problem....but I wanted to know does having a higher hemoglobin level in your blood give you more endurance, strength, for weight training?
would a guy with let's say a hemoglobin level of 170 G/L be able to train harder than a guy with 150 G/L?
