Here are my labs - why do I still feel like crap with a TT of 705?

This is 4 weeks of Cyp - 50mg E3.5D.

Estradiol is 55 - not sure if this is sensitive or not. Will ask the doc during Monday's appt.

Also, labs were done on day 2 of the E3.5D program. I know, I should have waited until day 3, but I was anxious.

Looks pretty good. Estradiol could be a little lower. That might help. Are you taking anything to help lower it?

no - just taking cyp, nothing else. I was reading your other posts where you recommended Nac, Zinc and DIM. I assume I can pick these up at any local store.

Yep. Give that a try. If it doesn't work you there options are to tweak your protocol or start taking an AI.

Keep in mind that you are only 4 weeks in so things are going to keep moving on you until you reach saturation levels.

NAC is for the liver - not estradiol. I take 1000mg daily.

DIM is often dosed at 50-100mg twice daily.

I can't remember zonc dosages off hand. Austinite had good recommendations for all these so look up threads started by him.

25-50mg daily is a great dose for men. I've gone up to 100mg daily (skin looked really good on this) but you will need to supplement copper as well with anything over 50mgs.. copper stores can be depleted by high dose zinc and that feels like shit.

I liked DIM too but my girlfriend complained about my breath stink after using it. At first I went and brushed my teeth came back and asked her to try it now she said nope still fucked up. She was like wtf did you eat some shit? So we opened up a capsule and holy moly that stuff stinks. I was using it along with tribulus terrestris and the combo was pretty sweet. I remember sleeping really good on it and the sleep was very productive. Woke up rested & recuperated not to mention the righteous boner.

More test is going to drive your estradiol higher. Keep that in mind.

That would be pretty counterproductive. I made that mistake before and I regretted it.

Agree 705 TT is good. There is something else going on for sure. The consensus is E2 is high. I've read several studies that say 20-30pg/ml E2 is ideal. At 55pg/ml, I'm almost 2x the upper recommended range. Have an appt with the doc today to discuss this very topic.

I would rec an AI like Dex to help with estro, or atleast have it on hand incase needed on hrt. i would try the supps first to see it thats good enough, but i still rec having an AI on hand just incase.

Doc gave me a thyroid med (Armour) - TSH at 3 was a little high for his liking (Prior blood work was 3.3). I'm on the smallest dose possible - 30mg. He also hooked me up with ANASTROZOLE for the high E2. I plan to split the 1mg pill into 2 and take the day after injection. He also wrote me a script for 10ml of cyp. Walgreens is being a PITA and will not give me a 10ml bottle, rather (2) 1ml bottles at a time - which represents a 20 day supply. I asked WTF this was about and they said it's a controlled substance and they have to do it this way. I was not happy. Now I have to go back every 20 days and get 2 more 1ml bottles... In the future, what other options do it I have? any online pharma's that are easy to deal with?

I get a 10ml vial from Walgreen's. Never had an issue.

That is a lot of AI. You sure you want to start that high with the dosage?

Often guys see their thyroid improve once they are on TRT and dialed in. You may not require meds later.

Thanks Mega for the reply. I was wondering about the AI dosage. I thought I was being conservative by taking 1/2 pill E3.5D. Those pills are crazy small so taking less than 1/2 is like a fleck of dust. Should I take the AI at the same time as the injection or the following day?

I go back to the dr in 60 days for labs.

I find it easier to remember to take the AI if I take it at the same time as inject. But whatecee works for you is fine.
