Why is my free test so high?

6-Pack in Training
Hi guys. I just got some lab work done and I have an issue that seems to always be there. My total test is always within range, but my free is always high. My hemoglobin and hematocrit also run high consistently and I normally do a phlebotomy, but I've been out of town for months and away from my doctor. So I've been trying to regulate both issues with a lower dose of test. I still have both issues anyway. Here's some particulars.

Me
55
6'4"
215 lbs'

Protocol
60mg Cyp e5d (down from 100mg e5d)
Adex NONE (down from .25mg e3d)
137mcg synthroid

Test results 2 days post injection
Test Serum 708 348-1197
Test Free 38.37 5.00-21.00
% Free Test 5.42 1.50-4.20
TSH 6.38 0.45-4.50 This is high because I purposely skipped 2 days in the preceding week. I was having trouble sleeping and was checking to see if this was the culprit. I was on a higher dose at one time and it gave me insomnia and made me speak 100mph.
Thyroxine (T4) 8.7 4.5-12.00
T3 Uptake 30 24-39
Free Thyroxine Index 2.6 1.2-4.9
PSA 1.7 0.0-4.0
IGF-1 185 61-200
Estradiol Sensitive 48.9 8.0-35.0 This is obviously high. I lowered my adex because I dropped my test from 100mg e5d to 60mg e5d
Hemoglobin 18.9 12.6-17.7
Hematocrit 56.5 37.5-51.0

Clearly I need to give blood ASAP, but I can't figure out how my free test is so damn high. This is always high regardless of my test dose. Is there something else I should check?

SHBG levels would be an important factor here . as SHBG goes down , free test goes up. this sounds great on the surface but can be an indicator of other possible problems*

* insulin and blood sugar levels, cardiovascular issues and more.

not sure but maybe even your elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit can be playing an issue here . and theres a lot more to it then simply needing to donate blood. there are genetic predispositions that may need to be addressed here

My hemoglobin and hematocrit are normally under control with a phlebotomy every 6 weeks. But my free test is always high regardless. I suppose I should check my SHBG.
