form looked ok to me....seems you have longer legs so gettin the bar past the knees is a struggle w/o bending the back a tad.
 
a few things if i may. if you wanna add 30 or 40lbs to your pull without gettin stronger sit back in the hole. in other words before you pull lean back so that if you let go of the bar you would fall backwards. your bar is well out i front of you (from the angle of the camera) when it needs to be in contact with your legs most of the way up if not all the way up. this gives you more leverage so less work is required to move the same amount of weight. try invision that you are pullin gthe weight back on an angle and not straight up. here's a clip of a warm up set for me and as you can plainly see the bar is in contact with my legs the entire movement.

another thing that will help, since you using straps, is to pull double overhand. if you already are it is misleading in the video clip. it makes gettin set up simplier and you can pull more dbl overhand too. thats why a lot of PLers are switching up to the hook grip (olympic grip) for competitions. we cant wear straps in a meet.

other than those two items try to get bit more of an arch and hold it thru out the lift. sitting back will also envolve more quads to get you out of the hole so you can save you back and hams for lockout.

overall not bad though. keep pullin bro and good luck. post some squat and bench footage if you can. i have a few tricks to add weight there as well without getting stronger.

go as heavy as oyu can each week and when you cant hold it any more use the straps. no need to riun a workout on account of grip. racks are great place to work on grip. shorter stroke but more weight. dont wear gloves either. they hinder your grip. as a matter of fact only girls wear gloves in my gym. and we make fun of them. chalk is invaluable for grip also. if they wont allow chalk get some sticky or dry chalk in a spray can.
 
Dam good shit PB. Man I need to find a new gym. I can't hit the floor like that so I have to control the descent much more. Makes it a bit more risky although it does help build muscle mass rapidly.
 
yeah we lucky to have a good gym where the owner is PLing friendly. he is a great guy and big/strong as well.

yea, the crackhead that own my POS gmys bitched about being to loud too............plus it is supposed to be some sort of christian place....thats all good for church but not the gym
 
looks good. the gym is actually nice...mine is a giant social gathering. its darker, more raw and metallic looking..nice. need more mirrors though, i love myself and i want to see more of me!!

i was talking bout pullingbig's one. :)

works for me. try right clicking and "save target as" or save it to disk and then view after it downloads. then you have it saved and can look at it any time.

there are numerous clips in the video sticky. frame 16. you guys check them out if you havent seen them already. download them if need be to view.
