Hernia lifting

Definitely depends on type. Inguinals are typically much worse and have a higher rate of getting incarcerated- scary stuff. Any problems since the repair? Did you have them put in extra mesh or anything since you're a lifter?

I've had two inguinals...repair with plug and patch method...so sealed up and patched.with mesh. No real problems with mine.but every now and then they remind me they're there. Usually after a good leg workout.
Just easy with the test at the end of the cycle because remember it decreases collagen synthesis..

Any problems with using gear during your lifting? I'm hoping to wait until December to have my surgery (my hernia is fairly small right now- tip of my finger) which means I could definitely run a cycle by then.

Running test and DECA with no problems

I think to jump start the cycle with var and run test an extra 6 weeks would work. It's been so long since I've done a cycle that I wouldn't mind just running test after the var. I'm a believer in Nolva for my pct- always worked for me. With Var and just test would I need anything to recover besides Nolva? Would you up the dose of the test when the Var is gone?

I'll definitely consider more cycles later on- I'm actually at a pretty good place with my body. I don't need crazy gains or drastic cuts. Just a bump every 6-12 months in my lifting. I play tons of sports and just don't like being too big. If I do in fact wait until December for surgery (for schooling reasons) I may try to run a milder cutting cycle before then. When I used to cycle the only things really accessible to me at the time were test, deca, Sustanon (sust), dbol, and Winstrol (winny). I'll need to look into other options now.

You wouldn't need to up the test after.the var is done...
If the cycle is.just to aid in recovery then I wouldn't run the test very high.
If it were me...I would do a short 6 week blast of var and test since its going to be hard to make solid gains lifting light, I don't see the point in running a twelve week test cycle since test does not benefit the healing of the hernia as much as the var does...
But deca would also work...actually work better but would have a decent amount of water retention.
Read the sticky thread in the AAS forum about "certain AAS increase collagen synthesis" it's a good read...

That was some good read on the stickys. And thanks for your advice and help, I really appreciate it!! I'm pretty sold on the Var/test stack for 6 weeks for healing. I'll need to get to the magic number of 50 posts though so I can find it- not much of it here. That's ok though.

Yea you definitely don't want your var to be counterfeited Dbol...different sides and impact on liver!
Var is faked often like primo...because both compounds are expensive to produce from what I hear...so do your homework and browse around...
