hey fellas need some advice

hey how's it goin guys? ok Im wanting to lean up but keep my muscle and keep my drive during the day and during my workouts....But i have some heart problems that im currently getting checked out, the doctors think it's heart palpitations because my heart skips beats here and there and their trying to figure out what it is. so Im not gonna be taking caffeine or ephedra or any pro hormones, I was thinking about taking v12 but i dont remember if i held alot of water on it or not, anyone have any suggestions?
 
Make good nutrition the focus of your training, if you have potential heart problems artificial stimulants are to be avoided. Good nutrition and tough workouts will usually give you all the energy you need, if you follow a consistent plan.
 
yeah i got sent home from marine corps boot camp because they said i had heart palpations caused by anxiety or some bullcrap like that and Im getting it checked out by a civilian doctor right now to find out exactly what it is. I dont think it's anxiety. My diet is pretty good. Well it's 3 meals a day and the same food as i had in boot camp. Before i left i ate good too. I dont drink pop or any caffeine. I figured creating would prolly help my heart a little bit. I had to sit for about a month in boot camp and it really aggrevated me a little bit. I was there for 3 months total. blah...it's crazy. Im trying to get back into the groove of things and try to stay lean and maybe get a little leaner. I was about 185 lbs when i went to boot and now i weigh about 165-170 lbs right now. prolly about 12-15% bodyfat. I lost a little muscle. Trying not to lose anymore. Triyng not to hold water and get a little more energy. Every since i've been back im real....i guess layed back and observant...I dunno how to describe it.
