Whats going on fellas, this is my second thread I am starting on this site as a new member. First i just wanna say i have followed the site for a while, as the information you guys give out here is unparalleled.

I am looking to start my fourth cycle soon and it will consist of tren and test. Unlike in the past, i really wanted to put a focus into LEAN gains and maximizing the gains from the gear, both during the cycle and retention afterwards. One thing i see you guys continusuosly mentioning is to get your BF down before starting cycles. In the past i haven't really done this much and always had some bloat/extra fat (lower belly area) to show for it. I am committed to the cut and was hopeful that you guys could help me a bit with the best ways to get there.

I am 5'8 193lbs, 15-18% BF. Excerice on a 3 on 1 off cycle hitting most muscle groups twice a week. I have seen things such as keto, low cal and low fat diets being what others have used but im sure body type comes into play. I would categorize myself as an endo-meso. Thank you all in advance for any and all help!!

hey bud, are you able to cook for yourself?? your out of the military right?? not stuck with a mess/chow hall?

yep im all in the clear with that getting off active in the next few days...i know the basics but idk just have a hard time putting it all together. Thank you for answering as i have seen you are one of the nutrition gurus on here!

post up a detailed diet.. lets see what your coming up with and ill give you a free critique..

if you ever decide to hire me i do discount military vets, just fyi

(plus i have a christmas special going on, so i would add your discount to the current promotion)

Thanks again ahead time for the help! **Note i work out soon after waking each morning**

My normal diet and supplementation consists of:
Wake Up - Bcaa's, 25g Whey protein, 1 medium - large apple
Post workout nutrition - BCAA, Creatine
Post workout meal (meal 1) - 4 eggs scrambled, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup fruit
Meal 3 - 8oz baked/grilled ck, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4 - 2 scoops combat (MusclePharm) protein powder, mixed in 2 oz heavy whipping cream, may add fruit to taste
Meal 5 - 8oz baked/grilled ck, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 6 - 2 scoops combat (MusclePharm) protein powder, mixed in 2 oz heavy whipping cream, may add fruit to taste

This is an honest assessment as i am coming to you for help. I train with an old arnold method of 3 day cycles (chest/back,Legs/abs,Shoulders/arms). I personally take an off day in between cycles and continue like this. Honestly being that im always on the move makes it difficult sometimes to always get the proper nutrition, that is why you see shakes in places of meals.

Im looking to cut the body fat without sacrificing strength and muscle as i am training naturally at the moment.

Thank you again and anything that you guys can help me with is greatly appreciated.

Also because I am looking for help i dont want to hold anything back. I do cheat pretty much every sunday for football with wings beers ect. I also stumbled across Rambos cutting primer that i read into which got me wondering if ive always been doing everything wrong? I never thought of taking straight carbs post workout in a shake oppose to meals throughout the day.
