What are your bulk cycles like, how many calories do you take in. ? What are your pre comp cycles like and your dieting macros and calories.
my cutting cycles are Ultrabol 150 , or Megabol 200, bulks are various , deca , bold , d-bol all goes. All from Optimum Pharma
I believe, you should find out your calorie intake by yourself. For example if you are growing but getting fat also, you should modify to point that it will not give you useless fat
Dont forget lose that fat is much harder than gaining and generally when that bastards go, they take away some mass from muscle.
Another thing i do , most will not agree, i reduced the amount of protein shakes, instead i use Glutamine, Bcaa and Arginine in huge doses. Like 100 gr from total 3.
that made me very lean and recovery is insane, in hard diet or comp prep thats what you need most. Also these aminos dont cut my appetite, I can eat without suffering my stomach from shakes
