I have no desire to compete, instead im after the jacked athletic look that I can maintain year round.
Should i still be doing the conventional bulk and cut phases? or just carb cycle and add cardio into my lifting routine?
im currently 88kgs at about 15% bodyfat, I would like to reduce the bodyfat to 10% over time, but don't want to sacrifice muscle mass, as I look crap when I get smaller.
advice?
