Hey there-
I'm Lance, an American currently living in S.E. Asia, I'm 6'2", 190#. I've been a "lurker" on this site and a few others for quite a while, and have decided to join up.
I have a number of hobbies/interests, and fitness/bodybuilding have been a part of my life since a teen. Several years ago I suffered a spine injury and a number of broken bones, etc., and was confined to a wheelchair for a long time. Luckily, I have beat the odds and now am able to get around on my own without any assistance and I am working on getting back to my former self physically (slowly but surely).
I look forward to meeting people and learning what I can!
