HGH early afternoon dose??

So a dose first thing in the morning when cortisol levels are highest and then a second dose "early in the afternoon" is one of the many ways HGH dosing is recommended.
That being said I would like to examine this method and NOT inj HGH before bed.

The question I have is what is considered "early afternoon" ? I eat lunch at about 11:30 -12:00 and then a snack at 2 or 3 o'clock. If it were up to me I would think in my case "early afternoon" would mean 30 min before I eat my afternoon snack.

I base this off of looking at the early morning dose. This dose is taken as soon as you wake and about a half hour before you eat. They say cortisol levels being to rise pretty well in the early afternoon and I figure to keep the second dose 30 min before that snack. Furthermore I want to avoid the evening bedtime dose because I want my own GH production to work considering this is when your own natural production is at its highest.

I understand that being in my 40's my own natty production is very little but I rationalize that at least its something.

Anyone have any thoughts here on this?

Thanks!

To answer the question directly I would say 2 pm.. Aside from answering that I have no advice(opinions) to give on whether this will be as effective as 3 x's daily...

When i ran HGH i would inject early in the morning a couple hours before getting up for work. That is what was recommended to me to keep as much of my natural production going as possible.
I miss running hgh, cant seem to find it anywhere nowadays.

Im confused, I thought the half-life on HGH was 6 hours anyways... If you inj early in the a.m., how would this help you natural production? it is produced when you sleep am I wrong???

Also yes, its hard to find, Im paying Wwayyy too much for my hgh and looking for a better source... :)

You produce GH at all different times thru the day. When your insulin is low you produce gh, when your insulin is high you dont produce it. Also they say that you produce gh when in REM sleep but there was a study that showed subjects produced gh at all different times throughout sleep.

Also the half life is 2 hrs. I think the 6 hrs is for total reduction.
