Hgh frag 176-191 question on dose

I started my diet about 9 months I was 287 now 236 I do.cardio 3 times a week. I purchased some hgh frag from labpe. Ordered some cjc1295. I pin 400 mcgs of frag only three times a day. I fast ever day I have a shake after I pin mouse then fruit then I have chicken and veggies for dinner every day. I have nor received my 1295 yet. Is the amount of frag at the right dose. What should the 1295 be. I am thinking at bed time 100 mcg everday for a couple of months only for what I have read.looking towards my goal weight of 205
