HGH or other options for women

I want to know if GH for women is good, bad, or neither. I have personal experience with GH, but my girlfriend does not. My genetics are much different than hers as well, so I'm not sure how her body is going to react and/or reject it. I am also not aware until speaking to SuperGirl last night of some of the side effects of GH for women. My girlfriend works crazy hours, go to school full-time and is running her son around to sporting events the other times. She wants to get leaner as well as give her immune system a boost. From what I read, she would need to stay on GH for a considerable amount of time to see any results or those she wants. Other than changing her diet (which I have begun to do), any suggestions, comments, ideas, etc are and will be much appreciated.

GH affects everyone differently so who knows if it will be good or bad for your woman.

GH is something that needs to be ran for a long time to see results. At least 6 months to a year. She should start with 1-2 IU's each day. Most take half in the morning and half at night.

Before she starts GH she should start off with a proper diet and training.

GH and steroids only "supplement" proper dieting and training. If she isn't consistent with those 2 things she won't see results with GH or minimal results at the least.

I would say see if she can stick to a proper diet and training regimine for 6 months. If she can stay consistent with that then she may be ready for a supplement such as GH.

It will probably get her lean as well....consistancy is the key.

GH can be expensive...if she can get results without it she'll save money.

For her inmmune system tell her to take a strong multi-vitamin and a vitamin b-6 complex.

You should get her to post her diet and training....we can tweak that first and see how it goes.
