HGH Question regarding Reconstitution

I just got a kit of GH, 7 vials of 30 iu each. It is my understanding that every 1 ml of bac water per 10 iu equals 1 tick mark on an insulin syringe. However, the instructions for the GH I have say to add 2 ml of water per vial. I just wanted to confirm with more experienced users that adding 3 ml of bac water is still ok despite what the instructions say and that there aren't any other variables I'm missing. Thanks.

if you add 1ml of bac water to each vial, 10iu on an insulin pin will be 3iu of HGH.

side note- i've never heard of 30iu gh vials that require reconstitution. let alone 30iu vials at all that are not already constituted and pharma grade. are you using pharma grade?
