Hey could anyone tell me more about hgh and if it can only be tested through urine and if it would okay to take just like for 6-8 months and lean up and lose weight and maybe get a little bigger . Thanks

HGH will not appear on a urine test, it is fine to take it for 6-8 months, in matter of fact in order for it to really work, one must run it at least 6 months to really reap its benefits. Be sure to inject around 6am each dose.

now say i do not take it in combination with anything else because i can get tested at anytime will i still lean up from it and possibly get any bigger at all? and also i know they say the recommended dosage is about 4ius a day and should that be split up or put in one shot?

As I said before, HGH alone will NOT show up on a urine test. Leaning out is expected, not so much in terms of size gain, I suggest all at once around 6am to avoid suppression of one's own GH secretion.
